中文摘要:探究茜素络合物(Alizarin complex, ALC)对鳙(Aristichthys nobilis)的标记效果,评估其作为鳙增殖放流检测手段的价值,为鱼类的大规模标记提供理论依据和技术支撑。选用不同质量浓度的ALC(50、100和200 mg/L)分别对不同饲养密度(20、40和50尾/L)的鳙进行24 h和48 h的浸泡标记,确定最适标记条件后进行增殖放流。结果表明,ALC对鳙的最适标记条件是:质量浓度100 mg/L,浸泡时间48 h,饲养密度50 尾/L;微耳石是检测ALC对鳙荧光标记最适宜的耳石类型,且在蓝色荧光下观察效果最佳。标记的鳙在为期1 a的灞河放流过程中生长情况良好,标记环清晰可见,说明ALC标记法标记效果稳定,可用于对鳙增殖放流的检测。 |

Labeling of Aristichthys nobilis Otolith with Alizarin Complex |

Abstract:The aim of this study is to explore the effect of Alizarin complex (ALC) on Aristichthys nobilis and to evaluate its detection effect as bighead proliferation release so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for large-scale tagging of fish. In this study, A.nobilis was selected to be labeled with several feeding density (20,40 and 50 tails/L) at different immersion concentrations of alizarin complex (50,100 and 200 mg/L) for 24 and 48 h before it was released to the Bahe River. The results showed that the optimum labeling conditions of ALC for A.nobilis were: soaking mass concentration at 100 mg/L, time for 48 h and feeding density with 50 tails/L. Besides, lapillus was best for detecting the fluorescent labeling of ALC on A.nobilis with blue fluorescence. During the one-year releasing, the growth of A.nobilis was good and the labeling ring was clearly visible, this indicated that the labeling method of the ALC was effective and could be applied in the detection of the enhancement and releasing of A.nobilis. |
