| 中文摘要:2006-2008年对甘肃河西地区番茄病毒病的种类进行了调查和鉴定。河西地区番茄病毒病田间表现为花叶和条斑等症状,种子可带毒。采用DAS-ELISA方法,从田间样本及该地区出入境番茄种子上检测到烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、番茄花叶病毒(ToMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV),并对TMV和ToMV阳性样品进行了IC-RT-PCR鉴定。该地区番茄病毒病优势病毒为烟草花叶病毒;13%的样本中检测出2种病毒的复合侵染。 |

| Identification of Viruses Infecting Tomato in Hexi Region of Gansu Province |

| Abstract:During 2006-2008,the virus disease on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) was investigated and identified in Hexi region of Gansu province. In the field,virus symptoms of mosaic and streak were found on tomato leaf and fruit. Detections by DAS-ELISA and IC-RT-PCR showed that samples of plants and seeds were infected with Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),Tomato mosaic virus(ToMV) and Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) respectively. It was proved that TMV was the advantage virus. The proportion of the seed lots infected by the viruses were 15%.Two types of viruses were found in about 13% infected samples. |
